WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-Store Pickup - In-store and curbside pickup is available for Contact Smith Security Safes for details. Pickups are available Monday-Friday 9-4M EST
Free Shipping - We offer free shipping on all orders placed on our online store, shop.smithsecuritysafes.com. Shipping for items purchased via email and over-the-phone are calculated on a case by case basis and are not included in the base price. Shipping covers purchases made in the contiguous 48 states of the United in non-remote locations. We reserve the right to add surcharges to the shipping costs if the locations are remote, the delivery is above and beyond the normal limitations of LTL carriers, or for any reasons not outlined in this document.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
International shipping is available upon request. Shipping surcharges will be applied to cover shipping, packaging customs, duties, and any incurred expenses not listed in this policy. International shipping is approved on a case by case basis. The Company reserves the right to reject any purchase made outside of the contiguous 48 states of the United States.
